How much does a move actually cost and what exactly is included?
The price depends on volume, distance and the crew size needed.
Included in every package: van with driver, furniture disassembly and assembly, protective wrap, civil liability insurance, plus 10 moving boxes on loan (we deliver them on moving day and collect them back the same day) and one roll of bubble wrap.

Can you move a piano, a safe, or other oversized items?
Yes. Pianos, safes, artwork, antiques, large wardrobes and other heavy or oversized items are a regular part of our work. Our crew is trained and has the equipment to safely move 200+ kg items down narrow stairs or up to a 5th floor with no lift.
Before the job we'll go over the details: item weight, floor number, whether there's a lift. If needed we bring extra loaders or specialised equipment.
What happens if something gets broken or goes missing during the move?
Our service carries civil liability insurance, and we are responsible for your belongings, not you. If something is damaged through our fault during moving, loading, or furniture assembly, we cover the loss.
For fragile items (glass, porcelain, paintings, pianos) we offer optional additional insurance. We wrap everything professionally with bubble wrap and purpose-built materials so problems never come up in the first place.
How fast can you arrive? Same-day service possible?
Yes, if we have a free crew we can arrive the same day. Standard lead time is 2 to 3 days, but for emergencies (landlord dispute, water leak, unexpected move) we can handle it today too.

Does moving to a 5th floor with no lift cost extra?
Height and stairs affect how long the job takes, so yes, higher floors without a lift can raise the price because the crew needs more time. But: we fix the price upfront after a free walkthrough, so there are no surprises.
Experienced loaders and the right equipment (furniture ramps, dollies, strapping) let us work much faster than improvising. It often turns out cheaper than you expected.
Do you also move outside of Riga, Latvia, or to the EU?
Yes. Our moving services cover Riga, all of Latvia and all of the EU: Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Scandinavia, the UK, Poland and other countries. We also handle the paperwork for international moves.
Outside of Riga the price includes working hours plus travel time in both directions. For EU transport we prepare a fixed quote based on the volume.

What do I need to do myself before the move?
If you go with the full service, almost nothing. We arrive with materials, pack everything, transport it, drop it off, and set it up at the new place. All you have to do is tell us where things should go.
If you'd rather pack yourself, we'll help you plan it: we deliver boxes in advance and advise on what to pack first. Before the moving day we recommend: unplug large appliances, empty the fridge, label boxes by room.
