Frequently asked questions
When can we move without stopping work?
Most clients choose Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday. We start Friday evening and finish by Sunday evening so the office is ready to work on Monday morning.
Do you move servers and IT equipment?
Yes, we have experience with servers, network gear, monitors, printers. We recommend your IT team coordinates shutdown and startup, we handle the physical move with the right materials.
How much lead time do you need?
For a medium office, 2, 3 weeks in advance is ideal. We come for a walkthrough, draft a plan, agree the date, and deliver boxes early so employees can gradually pack personal items.
