Frequently asked questions about prices
Is packing included?
The Standard and Premium plans include wrap. Boxes, bubble wrap, and other materials are separate or included in the Premium plan. The Economy plan assumes the client packs everything in advance.
Why hourly instead of fixed?
We show hourly pricing so you can quickly grasp the range. After a free walkthrough you receive a fixed quote that does not change even if the move takes longer.
How is time counted?
From the moment the crew arrives at the first address to the moment unloading is complete at the second. We do not count transport time between locations if the move is within Riga.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, we issue an invoice with VAT. We accept bank transfers, cards, and cash.
